With a customer service career that began at age 15, she has spent years developing strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine ability to connect with people.

Rayna is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her background in marketing, combined with her commitment to service and communication, allows her to connect with clients and with professionalism and care.

In her free time, Rayna enjoys spending time with her partner, Nick, and their three cats, Thor, Marshmallow, and Ares. Outside of work, she can often be found reading, writing, or enjoying casual video games like Stardew Valley with friends.
