Janel is known for her positive attitude, contagious energy, and ability to make everyone feel welcome. With a diverse professional background spanning insurance, marketing, and administration, she brings a unique blend of experience, organization, and a people-first approach to every interaction.
Janel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Saginaw Valley State University and is a proud Freeland native. Outside of work, she and her husband stay busy raising their two children—a 10-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son, whose sports schedules keep the family on the go. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, staying active, or enjoying time up north with family and friends, Janel values making meaningful connections and creating lasting memories wherever she goes.
