Alyvia brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her role, shaped by a strong background in customer care and attention to detail. She is a graduate of Northwood University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. Prior to joining the team, Alyvia worked as a pharmacy technician, gaining valuable experience in precision, organization, and compassionate client care.

Originally from Freeland, Alyvia now lives there with her husband, Trevor, and their two dogs, Lulu and Lemon. She enjoys staying active at the gym, getting lost in a book with an unpredictable plot twist, and traveling whenever she can. A devoted Detroit Lions fan, Alyvia and Trevor are proud season ticket holders and love cheering on their team together.
